𝐖𝐨𝐰... 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟎! 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐥𝐲 𝐛𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐚𝐧 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞.

𝐖𝐨𝐰... 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟎! 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐥𝐲 𝐛𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐚𝐧 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞.

I can’t help but think of this time last year when so many people said “2020 just has a nice sound to it! It’s going to be a great year!”
I don’t need to say that 2020 has been a incredibly difficult, heartbreaking year for many and not one we could have ever predicted.

But if I look at it from a different perspective, in someways for me and the team it was that great year we talked about.
We got to spend time with our children and families. Quality time which we will never have again and I for one am truly grateful.

We connected on another level. When the days were tough and the worry seeped in I knew that our team was just a call, text, or mad zoom quiz away and we remembered that we could and would get through this.

We came together and built the business in new exciting ways with new products @bamford, booking system @fresha, treatments and even the pod (there are too many people to thank in making that dream a reality)

Our clients showed us support like never before! I will be eternally grateful for the messages of support, advice, the home deliveries, the vouchers and all rushing back to us when we were able. We could never do it without you all.

And then... just a few weeks ago we won @pro_beauty01 Team of the year! And that for me sums up our 2020!

Nobody has said that 2021 is going to be a good year... but there will be without a doubt some good in the year, even if we have to look really hard; and for those bits, I can’t wait.

So cheers to 2021, and thank you for all the lessons 2020 🥂
